📅Booking & Scheduling
Recurring Cleanings (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) are available.
Arrival windows may vary by 30 minutes due to traffic or job lengths.
Miss Messy Cleaning Company operates Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weeknight appointments are available upon request, and weekend slots are limited.
🌱Product Options
Eco-Friendly cleaning products are available at no additional charge.
If you have allergies or sensitivities to scents or cleaning products, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations.
We bring all necessary cleaning supplies unless you prefer we use your own products!
📅Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee.
🧼Angel Cleaning Services
Angel Cleans ( for Depression, Hoarding, ADHD, and Anxiety-related situations) are charged per day.
a full cleaning day is 8 hours.
Cleaning sessions can be shortened (less than 8 hours) upon request- just let me know what works best for you!

We clean with compassion- no judgement, ever.
To help us keep ourselves safe while still providing you with the clean, comfortable home you need, please notify us in advance of any potential biohazards ( e.g., mold, pests, bodily fluids, pet waste). This allows us to come prepared and ensures we can serve you as safely and effectively as possible.
For safety reasons, we do not climb higher than a step stool.

💳Payment Options
Accepted payment methods include : Venmo, Paypal, and Cash ( although Venmo or Paypal is preferred for tax purposes)
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Late payments may result in paused service or late fees.
🔑Access to Your Home
You may provide a key, lockbox code, security code, or be home at the time of the cleaning.
If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
